This Privacy Policy applies to WeddingOccasion.in and covers the information processed when you use our digital invitation maker, public invitation pages, wedding planner tools, and curated gifts or honeymoon discovery pages.

The platform is designed so that you can create and manage many experiences without a traditional account login, but we still process the information you enter in order to generate invitation pages, keep planner data available, and operate the site securely.

• Invitation information you enter, such as names, invitation wording, event schedules, venue details, map links, design selections, and any other content you choose to place in an invite.
• Planner information you enter, such as plan titles, checklist entries, budget categories, amounts, and notes needed to organize your wedding workflow.
• Browser-side storage data, including draft invites, saved invite history, preview replay payloads, and locally persisted planner state used to restore your work on the same device.
• Operational and security metadata, such as generated slugs, timestamps, and hashed edit signatures used to protect remote invite and plan editing.
• Messages you send to us directly, including support or removal requests sent to hello@weddingoccasion.in.

• To create, render, publish, and update digital wedding invitations and planner records.

When you publish an invite or share a planner link, the resulting URL is meant to be opened by people you share it with. Anyone who has that URL may be able to view the content available at that link.

Because of that, you should avoid placing highly sensitive personal data in invitation copy, planner notes, or other content that may be exposed through a shareable link.

We use service providers and infrastructure, including Firebase and related Google Cloud services, to store and serve platform data needed for these features.

Our discovery pages for gifts, honeymoon ideas, and related recommendations can link out to third-party sites such as marketplace, travel, or planning providers. Once you leave WeddingOccasion.in, their terms and privacy practices apply.

• Data saved in your browser remains there until you remove it, clear site storage, or use the platform tools that delete the saved draft, invite, or plan.
• Remote invite and plan records may remain available for as long as they are needed to provide the associated shareable link or until they are deleted through available product controls or by request.
• If you need help removing a published invite, shared planner record, or other information associated with your use of the service, contact hello@weddingoccasion.in and include enough detail for us to locate it.
• We do not sell your invitation or planner data to third parties.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the platform and the information we process, including access-control mechanisms around editable invite and plan records. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you use the platform with that understanding.
